Lavender Lemon Spritz

• Lavender Lemon Spritz • Door County Distillery Gin • Lavender Syrup • Lemon Juice • Champagne • Seltzer

Add ice, 1.5 oz gin, .5 oz lavender syrup and .5 oz lemon juice in a shaker. Cover and shake for 20 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is ice cold. Pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with champagne and seltzer. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Strawberry Vodka Smash

• Green Bay Distillery Vodka • Fresh Strawberries • Mint • Agave • Seltzer

Muddle 4-5 mint leaves, 2 cut strawberries, 2 oz vodka and .5 oz agave in a Collins glass. Add ice. Top with seltzer and stir. Garnish with mint leaves and a strawberry.

Apple Old Fashioned

• Great Lakes Distillery Brightonwood’s Apple Brandy • Simple Syrup • Orange Peel • Apple Slice • Cinnamon Bitters • Seltzer • Apple Cider

Add ice, 1.5 oz gin, .5 oz lavender syrup and .5 oz lemon juice in a shaker. cover and shake for 20 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is ice cold. Pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with champagne and seltzer. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Rosemary Cran-tini

• Green Bay Distillery Vodka • Aperol • Rosemary Simple Syrup • Cranberry Juice (Not from Concentrate)

Combine 1.5 oz vodka, 1 oz aperol, .75 oz rosemary simple syrup and 2 oz of cranberry juice in a shaker.  Cover and shake for 20 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is ice cold. Strain into a martini glass. garnish with a rosemary sprig.
